As far as others not agreeing with you sleeping during the day and staying up at night, I'll soon be joining you. I've always been a night person, but work has forced me to live in the world of day. Now, in three weeks I will be retiring and can choose to do as I wish.

(((Hugs))))mxtodis123https://www.blogger.com/profile/13583200601379394225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6347866792287989766.post-42001483473899868402013-06-24T03:10:30.364-04:002013-06-24T03:10:30.364-04:00You're not the only introvert who has felt the...You're not the only introvert who has felt the need to seek solitude. I also did for about a week. I was beginning to fear I was slipping into a depression. I stayed in my bedroom for days. When I was forced to come out of my room I felt the urgent need to go back in quickly.

Thankfully I seem to be a bit better after my Midsummer ritual. I did a meditation and wrote a letter to the Gods. After that I burned the letter under the full moon.

Perhaps this time of solitude that people are feeling is just what is needed now. A time of reflection as we enter into the second half of the year.

As for bipolar disorder, my husband has it. One of the things he does to help is take a multi-vitamin each day. It won't stop the cycling, but it seems to help in the severity of the mood swing. For those times when you feel your mood really crashing, try eating a little dark chocolate. It helps increase serotonin levels. Do not eat it while manic though.

Many blessings to you,

SWCSalem Witch Childhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01915867537411038658noreply@blogger.com
